How to Acknowledge a Contract (Client)

As a client, you can acknowledge receipt of contracts shared with you through the Client Portal. Here's how:

Step 1: Access Client Portal

Log into the Client Portal using the portal link sent to you by your service provider.

Step 2: Navigate to Contracts

In the Client Portal, click on "Contracts" in the navigation menu to view all contracts shared with you.

Step 3: View Contract

Click on the contract you want to acknowledge. You can:

  • View contract details
  • Download the contract file
  • Review terms and conditions

Step 4: Acknowledge Contract

If the contract has been shared with you and you've reviewed it:

  1. Click "Acknowledge Receipt" or similar acknowledgment button
  2. Confirm that you've received and reviewed the contract
  3. The acknowledgment is recorded with timestamp

What Happens After Acknowledgment

When you acknowledge a contract:

  • Your acknowledgment is recorded
  • The service provider is notified
  • Contract status updates to show it's been acknowledged
  • Timestamp and IP address are logged for record-keeping

Important Notes

Please note:

  • Acknowledgment confirms receipt, not agreement to terms
  • You can still download and review the contract after acknowledging
  • Contact your service provider if you have questions about the contract

Download a copy of the contract for your records before acknowledging. This ensures you have a local copy for reference.
