How to Create a Support Ticket

If you need help or have questions, you can create a support ticket. Here's how:

Step 1: Navigate to Support Tickets

Click on "Support" in the top navigation bar, then click "Create Ticket", or visit /support-tickets/create.

Step 2: Fill in Ticket Information

Enter the following details:

  • Subject: Brief description of your issue or question (required)
  • Priority: How urgent the issue is (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
  • Message: Detailed description of your issue or question (required)

Step 3: Submit the Ticket

Click "Create Ticket" to submit. Your ticket will be created and assigned a ticket number.

Managing Your Tickets

After creating a ticket, you can:

  • View all your tickets in the Support Tickets section
  • Add messages to existing tickets
  • View ticket status and responses
  • Update ticket status (e.g., mark as resolved)

Ticket Status

Tickets can have different statuses:

  • Open: Newly created, awaiting response
  • In Progress: Being worked on
  • Resolved: Issue has been resolved
  • Closed: Ticket is closed
💡 Tip:

Be as detailed as possible when describing your issue. Include steps to reproduce the problem and any error messages you've seen.
