How to Create a Workspace

A workspace is your organization's space in retaincoda where you manage clients, projects, and collaborate with team members. Here's how to create one:

Step 1: Navigate to Workspace Creation

Click on "Workspaces" in the navigation menu, then click "Create Workspace", or visit /workspace/create directly.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Select a pricing plan that fits your needs:

  • Starter: Perfect for solo freelancers (1 user)
  • Partner: Ideal for small teams (up to 2 users)
  • Team: For larger teams (unlimited users)

Step 3: Enter Workspace Information

Fill in the required information:

  • Workspace Name: The name of your business or organization
  • Description: Optional description of your workspace

Step 4: Create Workspace

Click the "Create Workspace" button. Your workspace will be created and you'll be set as the admin.

After Creation

Once created, you can:

  • Start adding clients and projects
  • Invite team members to collaborate
  • Configure workspace settings
  • Set up billing information
💡 Tip:

You can create multiple workspaces if you manage multiple businesses or want to separate different client groups.
