How to Manage Projects

Managing projects allows you to track progress and keep everything organized. Here's what you can do:

Viewing Projects

Go to "Projects" to see all your projects. Click on any project name to view its details.

Editing a Project

To edit project information:

  1. Click on the project name to open its detail page
  2. Click the "Edit" button
  3. Update any fields you need
  4. Click "Update Project" to save

Adding Project Updates

Keep clients informed by adding project updates:

  1. Go to the project detail page
  2. Scroll to the "Project Updates" section
  3. Enter your update message
  4. Click "Add Update"

Updates are timestamped and help you maintain a project history.

Project Detail Page

On a project's detail page, you can see:

  • Project information and status
  • All milestones associated with the project
  • Project updates and history
  • Related invoices and proposals
