How to Manage Projects
Managing projects allows you to track progress and keep everything organized. Here's what you can do:
Viewing Projects
Go to "Projects" to see all your projects. Click on any project name to view its details.
Editing a Project
To edit project information:
- Click on the project name to open its detail page
- Click the "Edit" button
- Update any fields you need
- Click "Update Project" to save
Adding Project Updates
Keep clients informed by adding project updates:
- Go to the project detail page
- Scroll to the "Project Updates" section
- Enter your update message
- Click "Add Update"
Updates are timestamped and help you maintain a project history.
Project Detail Page
On a project's detail page, you can see:
- Project information and status
- All milestones associated with the project
- Project updates and history
- Related invoices and proposals
