How to Manage Workspace Settings

Workspace settings allow you to configure your workspace information and preferences. Here's how to manage them:

Accessing Workspace Settings

Navigate to Workspace Settings by:

  • Clicking on your workspace name in the top navigation
  • Selecting "Settings" from the dropdown
  • Or visiting /workspace/{id}/settings/info

Workspace Information Tab

In the "Info" tab, you can update:

  • Workspace Name: The display name of your workspace
  • Legal Name: Official legal name (if different)
  • Domain: Your website domain (optional)
  • Contact Email: Primary contact email for the workspace
  • Phone: Contact phone number
  • Country: Country where your business is located
  • Description: Brief description of your workspace

Other Settings Tabs

The workspace settings include several tabs:

  • Info: Basic workspace information
  • Billing: Business billing details for invoices
  • Tax: Tax category management
  • Members: Team member management
  • Subscriptions: Plan and subscription details

Saving Changes

After making changes, click "Save Changes" to update your workspace settings. Changes take effect immediately.

⚠️ Important:

Only workspace admins can modify workspace settings. If you don't see the settings option, contact your workspace admin.
