How to Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using the password reset feature.
Step 1: Go to Forgot Password Page
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link, or visit /password/forgot directly.
Step 2: Enter Your Email
Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send Reset Link".
Step 3: Check Your Email
You'll receive a password reset email with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email.
Step 4: Create New Password
You'll be taken to a password reset page where you can enter your new password. Make sure to:
- Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- Include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
- Confirm your new password by entering it twice
Step 5: Submit
Click "Reset Password" to save your new password. You can now log in with your new password.
If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder. The email may take a few minutes to arrive.
Password reset links expire after a certain period for security reasons. If your link has expired, request a new one.
