How to Send Client Portal Link

The Client Portal allows your clients to securely view their invoices and proposals. Here's how to share portal access:

Step 1: Go to Client Details

Navigate to the client's detail page by clicking on their name in the clients list.

Step 2: Send Portal Link

Click the "Send Client Portal Link" button. This will:

  • Generate a secure, unique access token for the client
  • Send an email to the client with the portal link
  • Allow the client to access all their invoices and proposals

What Clients Can Do

Once clients access the portal, they can:

  • View all their invoices and proposals
  • Download PDF versions of documents
  • Mark invoices as paid
  • See service provider information

Revoking Portal Access

If you need to revoke a client's portal access:

  1. Go to the client's detail page
  2. Click "Revoke Client Portal Access"
  3. The existing portal link will no longer work

You can send a new portal link at any time.

💡 Tip:

Portal links are secure and unique to each client. Clients don't need to create an account - they just click the link in their email.
