How to Setup Billing Information
Billing information is essential for creating professional invoices and proposals. This information appears on all documents you send to clients.
Accessing Billing Settings
Go to Workspace Settings → Billing Settings, or visit /workspace/{company_id}/settings/billing.
Required Information
Fill in the following details:
- Business Name: Your company or business name
- Email: Business email address
- Phone: Business phone number
- Website: Your website URL (optional)
- Address: Complete business address including:
- Address Line 1 & 2
- City
- State/Province
- Postal Code
- Country
Saving Your Settings
Click "Update Billing Settings" to save your information. This will be used on all invoices and proposals you create.
⚠️ Important:
You must complete your billing settings before creating invoices or proposals. The system will remind you if any required fields are missing.
💡 Tip:
Your billing information is also displayed on the Client Portal, so make sure it's accurate and professional.
