How to Use the Client Portal

The Client Portal is a secure way for your clients to view their invoices and proposals. This guide is for clients using the portal.

Accessing the Portal

You'll receive an email with a secure portal link. Click the link in the email to access your portal. You don't need to create an account - the link provides secure access.

What You'll See

When you access the portal, you'll see:

  • Service Provider Information: Business name, contact details, and address
  • Your Invoices: List of all invoices sent to you
  • Your Proposals: List of all proposals sent to you

Viewing Invoices

For each invoice, you can see:

  • Invoice number and dates
  • All line items with descriptions and amounts
  • Taxes and discounts
  • Total amount and amount paid
  • Payment status

Click on an invoice to view full details.

Viewing Proposals

For each proposal, you can see:

  • Proposal details and validity period
  • All line items and pricing
  • Total amounts
  • Terms and conditions

Downloading PDFs

You can download PDF versions of invoices and proposals by clicking the "Download PDF" button on each document.

Marking Invoices as Paid

If you've paid an invoice, you can mark it as paid by clicking the "Mark as Paid" button on the invoice. This helps keep records up to date.

Theme Toggle

Use the theme toggle button in the footer to switch between light and dark mode for comfortable viewing.

💡 Tip:

The portal link is secure and unique to you. Keep it private and don't share it with others.
