How to View Contracts in the Portal (Client)
As a client, you can view contracts shared with you through the Client Portal. Here's how:
Step 1: Access Client Portal
Log into the Client Portal using the portal link sent to you by your service provider.
Step 2: Navigate to Contracts
In the Client Portal, click on "Contracts" in the navigation menu to view all contracts shared with you.
Viewing Contract Details
Click on a contract to view:
- Contract title and reference number
- Contract type and description
- Associated project (if applicable)
- Expiry date
- Status (Draft, Shared, Acknowledged, etc.)
- Notes and additional information
Downloading Contract File
To download the contract document:
- Open the contract
- Click "Download Contract" or the download button
- The contract file (PDF or document) will be downloaded
Acknowledging Contracts
If a contract requires acknowledgment:
- Review the contract thoroughly
- Click "Acknowledge Receipt"
- Confirm your acknowledgment
- Your acknowledgment is recorded with timestamp
Contract Status
Contracts show their current status:
- Draft: Being prepared (usually not visible)
- Available: Ready to be shared
- Shared: Sent to you via portal
- Acknowledged: You've acknowledged receipt
- Expired: Past the expiry date
Important Notes
When viewing contracts:
- Download copies for your records
- Review all terms and conditions carefully
- Contact your service provider with any questions
- Acknowledgment confirms receipt, not agreement to terms
