How to View Contracts in the Portal (Client)

As a client, you can view contracts shared with you through the Client Portal. Here's how:

Step 1: Access Client Portal

Log into the Client Portal using the portal link sent to you by your service provider.

Step 2: Navigate to Contracts

In the Client Portal, click on "Contracts" in the navigation menu to view all contracts shared with you.

Viewing Contract Details

Click on a contract to view:

  • Contract title and reference number
  • Contract type and description
  • Associated project (if applicable)
  • Expiry date
  • Status (Draft, Shared, Acknowledged, etc.)
  • Notes and additional information

Downloading Contract File

To download the contract document:

  1. Open the contract
  2. Click "Download Contract" or the download button
  3. The contract file (PDF or document) will be downloaded

Acknowledging Contracts

If a contract requires acknowledgment:

  1. Review the contract thoroughly
  2. Click "Acknowledge Receipt"
  3. Confirm your acknowledgment
  4. Your acknowledgment is recorded with timestamp

Contract Status

Contracts show their current status:

  • Draft: Being prepared (usually not visible)
  • Available: Ready to be shared
  • Shared: Sent to you via portal
  • Acknowledged: You've acknowledged receipt
  • Expired: Past the expiry date

Important Notes

When viewing contracts:

  • Download copies for your records
  • Review all terms and conditions carefully
  • Contact your service provider with any questions
  • Acknowledgment confirms receipt, not agreement to terms
