How to View Project Updates in the Portal (Client)

As a client, you can view project updates and track progress through the Client Portal. Here's how:

Step 1: Access Client Portal

Log into the Client Portal using the portal link sent to you by your service provider.

Step 2: Navigate to Project

In the Client Portal, select the project you want to view updates for.

Viewing Project Updates

On the project page, you'll see a "Project Updates" section showing:

  • Recent updates in chronological order (newest first)
  • Update descriptions and details
  • When each update was added
  • Who added the update

What Updates Include

Project updates typically contain:

  • What was completed
  • What's next in the project
  • Milestones reached
  • Milestones completed
  • Any blockers or issues
  • General progress notes

Project updates help you:
