How to View Proposals in the Portal (Client)
As a client, you can view proposals shared with you through the Client Portal. Here's how:
Step 1: Access Client Portal
Log into the Client Portal using the portal link sent to you by your service provider.
Step 2: Navigate to Proposals
In the Client Portal, you'll see a "Proposals" section showing all proposals shared with you.
Viewing Proposal Details
Click on a proposal to view:
- Proposal title and number
- Issue date and expiry date
- All line items with descriptions and prices
- Tax calculations
- Discounts applied
- Total amount
- Terms and conditions
- Notes
Downloading Proposal PDF
To download a PDF copy:
- Open the proposal
- Click "Download PDF"
- A professional PDF will be generated and downloaded
Proposal Status
Proposals show their current status:
- Draft: Being prepared (usually not visible)
- Sent: Shared with you
- Accepted: You've accepted the proposal
- Rejected: Proposal was declined
- Expired: Past the expiry date
Expiry Dates
Proposals may have expiry dates. After the expiry date:
- The proposal status changes to "Expired"
- You can still view it for reference
- Contact your service provider if you want to accept an expired proposal
