How to View Proposals in the Portal (Client)

As a client, you can view proposals shared with you through the Client Portal. Here's how:

Step 1: Access Client Portal

Log into the Client Portal using the portal link sent to you by your service provider.

Step 2: Navigate to Proposals

In the Client Portal, you'll see a "Proposals" section showing all proposals shared with you.

Viewing Proposal Details

Click on a proposal to view:

  • Proposal title and number
  • Issue date and expiry date
  • All line items with descriptions and prices
  • Tax calculations
  • Discounts applied
  • Total amount
  • Terms and conditions
  • Notes

Downloading Proposal PDF

To download a PDF copy:

  1. Open the proposal
  2. Click "Download PDF"
  3. A professional PDF will be generated and downloaded

Proposal Status

Proposals show their current status:

  • Draft: Being prepared (usually not visible)
  • Sent: Shared with you
  • Accepted: You've accepted the proposal
  • Rejected: Proposal was declined
  • Expired: Past the expiry date

Expiry Dates

Proposals may have expiry dates. After the expiry date:

  • The proposal status changes to "Expired"
  • You can still view it for reference
  • Contact your service provider if you want to accept an expired proposal

  • Contact your service provider to accept or discuss changes
